I love City Cellars. It was one of the first shops to carry my chocolates. Michael Herndon is the knowledgeable proprietor and a delight to know. He consistently guides me towards wonderful wine selections.

The Confectionery

The Confectionery is the closest thing to having my own storefront. They currently sell only my bulk truffles but they can put boxes together for you. The owner, Kristi Holmes, not only sells fine chocolates but also has a truly amazing array of candies. This is a delightful shop for kids and adults alike.

Sweet Necessities

Toby and Peggy Wenham have opened a sweets shop in Enumclaw and have added a section for fine local chocolates. Toby drives up to Seattle to pick up each order to insure their safe delivery. Enumclaw has responded well!

Zeitgeiste Cafe
171 S. Jackson St.
Seattle, WA 98104

Seattle has a coffee shop on nearly every corner but this Pioneer Square shop is truly unique. The owner, Bryan Yak, has not only specializes in a fine coffee but has put together a wonderful collection of baked goods, sandwiches and, of course, my truffles.

If you want to learn to make your own truffles, I co-teach classes with Bill Fredericks of Chocolate Man (
www.chocolateman.com). We teach classes through several locations. If some classes are not full, Bill or I may take on the class alone.

Note: Please note these times have been made months in advance and may have changed in the meantime. Always check with the organization to confirm times and location. Click here to download the class schedule as a PDF »
